Drawing application
Heat Reclaim Systems are now currently adapted to standard Refrigeration and Air Conditioning installations due to increasing requirements from end users.
As part of Energy Saving programs, Heat Reclaim Systems are now quite popular with Engineers and Installers.
The drawing below shows how an Heat Reclaim System can be adapted on an existing Refrigeration installation. It is easy to set up. Condensing gas from the Refrigeration installation are directly used in the Supermarket Air Conditioning system or in other systems. This way, condensing gas save energy instead of being uselessly cooled by an air condenser resulting in an unprofitable energy consumption for outside ventilators and compressors.
This is not a restrictive drawing and other choices are possible. For further information, please refer to our F-TRC2 Bulletin.
The use of specific products built for this purpose but similar to the ones you currently use for Regulation and Air Conditioning will be required to control and regulate high pressures required by Heat Reclaim Systems. These valves and Regulators can be set easily, either manually or automatically and directly on Heat Reclaim Systems to get and/or change given pressures and temperatures on each installation.
